Someone mentioned this baking book a few months ago, giving us an excerpt
for one bread. The bread turned out so nicely that I got it on an
inter-library loan and have had a great time with wonderful and varied
recipes.
I think that it has probably had more consistently excellent recipes than
most other books I have tried. Highly recommended.
