Bread-Bakers v098.n076.9

Hi,
   I sent you my recipe for a Potato Bread last week, and I was informed
that I forgot to tell you the amount of eggs to use.  Sorry for the
omission, and I wish to correct my error at this time.
   The 1-lb loaf uses one egg, and the 1-1/2 lb loaf uses two eggs.
