Bread-Bakers v099.n011.3

Our service provider is working on a problem that causes outgoing messages
to lists with more than about 1000 subscribers to be lost - we have 4500+.
We are sending out the posts that have been waiting since last week
manually.  We hope this problem will be solved in time for this weekend's
digest.
