Dear Martha, in your recipe, TRUE Garlic Bread, you put down 1 garlic,puree, roasted For those garlic lovers who have not encountered it yet; look out for new season 'wet garlic'. I am not sure exactly when the season is but this will probably vary as to whether it is imported or not. In England we probably get it from France which has a warmer climate. The bulbs are much larger than 'nomal' garlic and I can't wait to get hold of some to roast and use for garlic bread. Vernon
