Hello everybody, I'm hoping that some of you experienced bakers will be able to give me some tips. How do you get sesame seeds, poppy seeds etc. to stick to your bread? Mine always seem to drop off either during baking or when I try to slice the bread. Also, I'd like some advice on how to get a lovely golden crust on breads and pastries. I no longer use eggs and milk, and soya milk just doesn't give that same satisfying glaze. Any ideas? Thanks, Dianne
