Glory of Niagra, Canada wrote that she is looking for diastolic mart.  I
found another source for diastolic malt and it's cheaper than King
Arthur.   But I don't know if they ship to Canada or not.  The name is

I have also read that you can get a version of malt from home brewing
laces that works for bread, but I can't remember what kind it is.
Perhaps someone else knows?
