If you want to get a really good cinnamon raisin bread, don't use a bread machine. Do it all by hand and, after kneading, roll or stretch the dough out into a rectangle. Sprinkle the raisins and cinnamon onto the dough and roll it up (a la jellyroll). You'll find that the raisins and cinnamon are evenly dispersed and it will be better than that old store-bought bread because you made it. Bob the Tarheel Baker
