Some time ago, there was a discussion concerning bread knives. I finally
got around to putting my 2 cents worth in. I've been using a bread knife
for the past 8 or 9 years that is absolutely fantastic. It is made by a
company in Friday Harbor,Washington. The knife cuts bread as thin as you
want and can even cut ripe tomatoes, paper thin. Its called an Appalachian
