Bread-Bakers v100.n016.4

In response to Florence Moore's request for xanthan and guar gum suppliers 
(ref  bread-bakers.v100.n013.2 ), I checked my my trusty King Arthur 
catalog (right by my PC  ;)   ),  and,  after looking at the "Are You 
Gluten-Challenged" reference box they so kindly include,  went to 
www.glutenfreemall.com and found both Xanthan and Guar Gum from several 
vendors.  Hope this helps!
