The Quick Mist oil sprayers that I have purchased at Williams-Sonoma are
another valuable kitchen helper.
I have two stainless steel ones, one filled with canola oil and the other
with extra virgin olive oil. They have countless uses, limited only by
your imagination, from filming rising bread dough to keep it from drying,
misting just about anything from skillets to vegetables for grilling, with
no harmful propellants. They can be filled with essentially any liquid of
your choice, that you wish to spray.
