Hi All;
New to this list, forgive me if this is retreaded territory.
I'm trying to lose the "Christmas 20", and have switched from home made
bread to a store bought high fiber Italian loaf, where according to
Weight Watchers I can have 2 pieces of bread (same weight) as 1 regular
piece of bread. Is a white loaf, with sesame seeds on top. Not much
flavor, but I feel better eating a sandwich with 2 pieces of bread
instead of 1. Don't much care for the seeds when making toast for
breakfast either. :(
Any help would be much appreciated.
