Bread-Bakers v100.n041.4

Hi Fellow Breadbakers....can someone help me find this recipe?
I believe this Italian type bread is yeast free. We can get it at
the local Italian Bakeries and at the large supermarkets with
in-store bakeries. It is quite dense and chewy and often
topped with various yummies like black olives or parmesan.

Would anyone have a recipe for Calabrese Bread using a Bread Machine?
