Refrigeration Bread dough

I've found that putting the bread dough into a plastic food container like
the mixing bowls with lids from Tupperware do just fine.  And it avoids the
question of whether trash bags have insecticides or chemicals.

Also, when using a plastic bowl, use one larger than the amount of dough for
expansion.  I wonder if those King Arthur buckets would work for the larger
amounts of dough.
