Beatrice Ojakangas has a Finnish baking book, in English, and her other
bread books include plenty of Finnish recipes. They're pretty available,
some still in print and others fairly common used. I think she even has a
website. Ojakangas should be a pretty easy search term, as long as you
limit it to English language sites.
