Bread-Bakers v101.n006.15

A few years ago I got a quick bread kit as a gift. It consisted of a 5" X 
6" clay pot, and the ingredients. Guess who lost the instructions? What I 
need to know, is do I moisten the clay pot, before I spray on the oil ? And 
any recipes for hearty quick breads. It is a fun way to present bread for 
dinner.
