Dear BBD, Graham's Bakery in Lindsay, Ontario used to sell a type of white bread (yeast risen) with a white-floury crust called "scone loaf". Does anyone have a recipe for this bread or know the secret to its excellent flavour and texture. Thanks for a great service. I always look forward to receiving the digest every weekend.
