I purchased a box of disposable plastic gloves from our local deli (the kind they use when making sandwiches) and use one on my right hand when kneading bread. The dough doesn't stick to the glove like it does to your hand, therefore I can use a little less flour and don't get dough all over my hands. I have to put a rubber band around my wrist to keep it on and then just peel it off and throw it away when through. B Brown
