Sunny, you asked about recipes for self-rising flour.  You might try
looking through Southern cookbooks.  One that I have, _A Treasury of
Southern Baking_ by Prudence Hilburn (HarperPerennial, 1993), has several
recipes for biscuits, muffins, and quick breads that call for self-rising
