Books every baker should have - a very contentious subject I've owned dozens of books about bread baking or which refer to bread and I'd do without all of them except: Carol Field's "The Italian Baker" Elizabeth David's "English Bread and Yeast Cookery" Julia Child et al. "Mastering the Art of French Cookery" volumes 1 and 2. John Wright Yorkshire, England
