I am going to try making Gabi's bread for lo-carb dieters and have been unable to locate flax meal locally. I was able to locate flax seeds though. I'm asking for some advice before I make this though. Should I try to grind the seeds into meal? I have a new coffee grinder that could be dedicated to grinding up seeds instead of coffee beans. Is this a good idea? Or should I try baking the bread with the flax seeds and forget trying to grind them up? TIA, Diane Dimity@aol.com
