This is a thank-you to Bob who posted the recipe for Kimelweck Rolls. I am especially fond of rolls of most any kind and this recipe sounded intriguing. I can tell you that they were well worth the making! They turn out a nice size, with a nice glaze, a wonderful flavor and are very professional looking. I did have a bit of trouble with the slashing of the risen dough, but I don't think overall that it made much difference.
