With the summer heat I am avoiding turning on the oven at all costs and I don't have a bread machine (even when I did, I never baked in it because the shape of the bread wasn't functional). Has anyone tried baking bread in the bar-be-que? We do our pizza that way, starting out on a cast iron griddle then over the coals and add the toppings. It seems like bread might work if the heat was pretty low and the grill level was high. I'd love to hear from anyone with any experiences. Sue H
