Are you selling these, Lisa? If not and you only need to preserve them for
your own sake, I just freeze mine, and remove only as many as I know will
keep for a week or so at a stretch.
Your ascorbic acid idea is intriguing, but I don't have the answer (which
certainly didn't stop me from posting, LOL). Do you have any
cookbooks/reference books on preserving? One of them may have an answer for
you.
