Bread-Bakers v101.n053.2

As my daughter loves pumpernickel bread, I recently bought pumpernickel flour
at an Amish store.   It didn't come with a recipe, and I can't find one using
this flour.   So, I am coming to the experts.  Anyone out there have a recipe
using this type of flour?
