Hello, I'm wondering about yeast. Some recipes I have call for dry yeast, and some call for cake yeast. For those of you familiar with the cake yeast, please tell me about it. It's available nearby, but I'm wondering if it has any specific advantages that make up for the short shelf life. I usually use SAF instant yeast and have always been happy with it, but I figured cake yeast wouldn't keep coming up in recipes if it didn't have some benefits. Thanks, Erin Nesmith
