I have my latest King Arthur Catalog, and they have a round and an oblong - 
they are called "Brotformen" or "Dough Rising Baskets". they are around $30 
(depending on shape). It says the round will hold a 3-5 cup flour recipe 
and the oblong will hold a 3-6 cup flour recipe, depending on the 
percentage of whole grains used.
