My family is sold on the 'Pizza Hut' style pizza dough from Baker 
Boulanger. The direct link

pizzas with this recipe, perhaps 12", and cook at 500 F for 10 - 15 minutes 
on a well-oiled pizza screen on a baking stone.  Also at this website is a 
recipe for a 'Pizza Hut' style pizza dough mix.
