About a month ago someone posted their whole grain bread recipe. they said 
they had made it once a week for years and it had lots of things in it 
including lecithin and I think extra gluten; said it had a good long shelf 
life.

Unfortunately I can't find this digest anymore; can someone forward it to 
me?  thanks!
