> But would those of you who gave your dough recipes please pass on some of
your favorite toppings for the pizzas, too?
I didn't give my dough recipe, so I hope that won't make you disregard my
topping advice :) A friend of mine who is now a pastor in Wyoming was
famous for his pizza here at seminary. His favorite was a four cheese pizza
- put down olive oil, the layer baby swiss, fontina, mozzarella, and
gorgonzola. He really piled on the cheese, too. It was very good. Another
thing I like to do is to slice tomatoes and put those down instead of pizza
sauce - you'll probably want to throw on some Italian seasonings as well. I
put all kinds of things on my pizza - basically whatever I have on hand:
sausage, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, mushrooms, onion. Basically
anything you like can be put on a pizza - it's very versatile.
