Bread-Bakers v102.n019.5

I have a Kitchen Aid mixer that has been in service for over 20 years. 
Works very well for large batches of bread dough.  I also use a Cuisinart 
food processor for smaller batches -- on the order of 4 cups of 
flour.  And, of course, there is hand kneading.
