I know that many of you use sea salt, as do I, and, if you use the salt from the coast of Brittany, you know it can be expensive. While in Portugal recently, I learned that that country is now exporting sea salt at a fraction of the cost of the French stuff. It is called Flor de Sal and is available at Zingerman's.
