Try Breadkid at 1-800-233-9054 for parts, etc. for Breadman ABM.

Order of ingredients: all liquid ingredients first, then the solid 
materials, then the yeast. With my Breadman TR-2200C, I have been adding 
extra flour during the early stages of kneeding to get the "ball" of dough.
