Perhaps someone can tell me why the bread I freeze doesn't rise nicely after freezing. I usually make bread, let rise the first time and punch down. Then freeze on cookie sheet til frozen and vacuum seal. I've even tried two rises and punch down, then freeze. Then I thaw in fridge or counter. But when I bake, I get small heavy loaves. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Vicki
