Bread-Bakers v103.n012.10

I've tasted these sandwich breads in a bakery called St. Germain in Hawaii, 
and found them oddly enough, in Japanese bakeries in Seattle and Chicago. 
They are delicious and I have been looking for the recipe for years.  If 
anyone has any idea, please let me know.
