Hi folks. I'm looking for recipes that use a lot of cornmeal or corn flour. My goal is to create a sweet corny yeast bread in my breadmaker. I don't want to use canned or frozen corn kernels - no kernels at all - and no cheese. I have a Zojirushi BBCCV-20. I'm looking for something that will evoke cornbread or sweet corn cake, using cornmeal (or corn flour, which seems in my area to be mainly more finely ground cornmeal). Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
