Jazzbel asked if she could use Bernard Clayton's hamburger bun recipe for 
hotdog rolls.

Why not, Jazzbel? It's really just a matter of shape. I made some hamburger 
buns yesterday using Peter Reinhart's recipe and Peter states the recipe is 
suitable for bread, hamburger buns, hotdog rolls, or dinner rolls.
