Bread-Bakers v103.n053.8

Someone sent me some pictures of bread made without flour.  I think you may 
have sent it by mistake, but I am intrigued.  Is there a recipe for 
this?  I would love to have it as so many of my friends are on the South 
Beach Diet, and it would be a great gift for them.
