Cheryl I use disposable, silicone parchment bread pans, very frequently, in a range of sizes and never even think about reducing oven temperature nor can I see any reason for doing so although, the pans being smaller than your normal size, you will need to reduce baking TIME. May I ask where you read this advice? Just so I know which bread writer is talking cr*p. And I would love to know their justification for this nonsensical "advice".g> Love John
