The following is a recipe from another list. I have a problem with it and
got no response from the other list so I am bringing it to the experts.
I have made it twice and the taste is just wonderful. However, the bread
seems to rise all right, then the top couple inches fall, and the top looks
like a cardboard box when it is done baking. The only changes I have made
are to leave out the Black Pepper, since I am allergic to it. I wouldn't
think that would make a difference.
I measured even more carefully the second time I made the loaf and it still
fell. Does anyone have any suggestions to keep it from falling?
Thanks.
