My thanks to thos who responded on- and off-line to my request for braided circle instructions. As always, I not only received great advice, I received extra tips and tricks! If it has anything to do with flour and and oven, this is the site to visit! In fact, I got my best advice for those two items from this site. (bread flour from North Dakota and cold start!)
