If it can be grilled, I would think it could be done on the stovetop! I would make the dough, roll it out to the size of your largest skillet, and then cook it on one side, flip it, then top it, cover it and put it over low heat. I wouldn't top it with too much stuff though - don't want it top heavy. If it would work on a stovetop cast iron grill, I would think in a skillet would be good too. Just one with those grill marks in it. Try it and let us know. RisaG
