Freezing dough

I did not have any condensation on the bread dough. If I had, I would've 
wiped it with a paper towel before baking. The dough was quite nice after 
it thawed out.

Still don' t understand why it didn't rise as much as usual. Oh well. Still 
delicious, even leftovers.
