hello fellow bakers, reading the post today, i smiled at the sight of
"gonzo in mexico". while i reside in Hershey, PA, (no, i never tire of
chocolate nor the smell of it in the air) i have friends in mexico city,
and have visited there a few times. i'm enamored with their bakeries, in
awe of the selections, and would love to try my luck at baking some. i
especially love the look of the bread (more of a roll actually) which i
think is called a conch, like the shell. anyone out there with some fab
recipes?
