The last loaf I made: I added about 1/2 cup of starter, just took it out of the fridge, stirred the hooch back in and added 1/2 cup - came out great. Next time I'll try a T of olive oil. I use a crock type pot with lid. This is a wonderful bread. IndianaBob (grower of fine weeds and a hosta or two)
