Bread-Bakers v107.n005.8

Thanks to Tom for his lengthy post about "yeasty issues."  I disagree 
with some of his comments, but will defend to the death his right to 
make them - or something like that.  I really don't want to take the 
time to do battle with him about yeast as I have other priorities (as 
a vice-president once said).  You go to your church, Tom, and I'll go 
to mine.  ;-
