My cousin mixed the no-knead bread in her big Tupperware bowl and let 
it rise there too.  Then she just spatulaed it over on itself 4 
times, and dumped it seam side down into the baking pot.  She said it 
worked great and she didn't have to mess with a floured pastry cloth.
