Bread-Bakers v107.n013.5

I received Maggie Glezer's Artisan Baking as a gift.... Paper 
edition.  I took it to our local "copy center" where for $2.00 it was 
rebound with a black plastic spiral binding.  What a wonderful 
addition and how easy it is to use it.  Also was pleased to find that 
Maggie is a Wisconsin gal... I grew up in Sheboygan, just 50 miles 
north of Milwaukee.
