I can imagine how they can do that. I've made a total of less than
five pizzas in my life and I can see that if I make five *HUNDRED*
pizzas I'd be that good too. :) I lived in NYC for 15 years and had
been to countless pizzerias and watched pizzas made a zillion
times. It's not impossible.
