Strudel is one of those things we thrive on in WI. I don't know what 
your aunt did that was special, but you might want to give Ruth Levy 
Beranbaum's strudel from "The Pie and Pastry Bible" a try. Her 
formula and technique are very precise. We get excellent results every time.
