Bread-Bakers v109.n007.6

Lisa asked for suggestions on how to cut bread, to avoid uneven slices.

Lisa, we recently bought an electric knife that had two blades, one 
was for bread, having a wider blade.  The knife has worked like a 
charm, even on breads hot out of the oven or the bread machine.  The 
slices are even and thinner.  A win-win for our family.
